Provides remote and onsite technical support to healthcare clients throughout Ohio. Troubleshoots Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, ChromeOS, and healthcare applications; configures accounts and equipment; documents tickets; supports deployments, workstation replacements, onboarding, and rotating after-hours coverage. Requires regular travel, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least two years of IT support or help desk experience.

Manages collaborative procurement for facilities by sourcing supplies, evaluating vendors, placing orders, negotiating pricing, tracking savings, maintaining procurement KPIs, preparing financial dashboards, and reconciling purchase orders with invoices. Partners with facility leaders, Regional Directors of Operations, vendors, and accounting to optimize spending and improve purchasing processes.
