Manages and coaches Family Service and Advanced Planning Professionals, overseeing scheduling, lead distribution, performance, training, customer service, sales compliance, hiring, and team development. The role supports revenue generation, pre-need budget attainment, complaint resolution, community networking, contract review, and regulatory adherence while serving grieving families professionally. Requires collaboration with management and other departments, strong communication, and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Provides clerical and administrative support for funeral home, cemetery, and crematory operations. Duties include preparing permits, certificates, schedules, contracts, payments, veteran paperwork, and memorial orders; maintaining records and inventory; assisting with payroll, accounts payable, compliance, funeral preparation, reception coverage, and customer inquiries.

Provides front-office and administrative support for a funeral home, cemetery, or crematory. Responsibilities include customer and visitor service, phone support, scheduling, document and contract maintenance, invoice and accounts payable processing, license renewals, supply management, report preparation, and coordination with grieving families and internal stakeholders.
