Teams at Legacy at Jacksonville

Leads nursing operations in a long-term care setting by supporting staffing, supervising and developing nursing staff, coordinating resident care plans, maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to MDS and quality programs, ensuring supplies and resources, and implementing infection control measures. Requires a licensed nurse with leadership experience, geriatric or long-term care nursing experience, strong assessment and communication skills, and knowledge of nursing home regulations.

Provide clinical leadership on shift: direct nurse aides, administer medications, implement and document care plans, transcribe physician orders, perform treatments and assessments, educate staff, participate in shift reports, and maintain safety and infection-control standards to ensure resident well-being.
