The Senior Staff Accountant supports hotel finance operations, including income and sales audits, daily deposits, accounts receivable, billing, collections, credit card disputes, tax reconciliations, guest ledgers, employee reimbursements, and financial policy compliance. The role investigates discrepancies, resolves billing issues, maintains confidential records, communicates with departments and customers, and assists with special projects.

Oversee accounting and financial operations for residential real estate development projects, including month-end close, job costing, construction loan draws, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, compliance, and audit support. Partner with development, construction, lenders, investors, contractors, and leadership to control costs, ensure accurate project financials, strengthen processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Provides financial analysis, forecasting, underwriting, and decision support for a real estate development portfolio. Builds project financial models, pro formas, cash flow forecasts, and reporting processes; analyzes performance, variances, risks, and investment scenarios; supports due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and Investment Committee materials; and partners with Accounting, Development, the CFO, ownership, lenders, and investors.
