Builds project financial models, pro formas, cash flow forecasts, and reporting processes; analyzes performance, variances, risks, and investment scenarios; supports due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and Investment Committee materials; and partners with Accounting, Development, the CFO, ownership, lenders, and investors.

Provides day-to-day employee IT support while administering Microsoft 365, business applications, devices, networks, telecommunications, security technology, and access controls. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, equipment deployment, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, technology projects, installations, cybersecurity risk escalation, and supporting secure AI tool adoption across multiple company locations.

Oversee accounting and financial operations for construction and development projects, including job costing, monthly close, reporting, loan draws, budgeting, cash flow, audits, compliance, and variance analysis. Partner with development, construction, finance, lenders, investors, contractors, and leadership to ensure accurate financial oversight and funding. Drive process improvements, system enhancements, automation, and reporting scalability while supporting the CFO with financial analysis and strategic initiatives.
