Leeward Renewable Energy, LLC Benefits Overview

Provides strategic EHS and safety oversight for utility-scale renewable energy construction projects. Partners with site leaders and contractors to maintain safety programs, monitor OSHA compliance, conduct audits and inspections, review job safety analyses, oversee training, support incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires frequent construction-site travel, climbing wind turbines, working at heights, and operating in varied outdoor conditions.

Prepare and maintain financial models for wind, solar, and storage projects; analyze performance vs. budget; coordinate budgeting and reforecasting; perform due diligence, market research, investor and management reporting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Supports senior management through financial modeling, scenario analysis, cash flow forecasting, valuation analysis, budgeting, capital planning, and strategic finance. The role prepares executive, investor, and ratings agency materials; evaluates renewable energy portfolio strategies; conducts benchmarking and industry research; supports M&A analysis; and collaborates across the business to validate assumptions and guide long-term value creation.
