Manage executive administrative support and overall office operations, including executive calendar and travel coordination, expense reports, event planning, vendor and facilities liaison, supervising regional admin assistants, onboarding and seating, office supplies and equipment oversight, and special projects for the senior leadership team.

Prepare, analyze, verify, and report project financial information for wind, solar, and storage projects. Coordinate with project and functional teams to forecast costs and cashflows, maintain project control databases, produce variance reports, evaluate changes to control tools, and support bid package preparation.

Lead SCADA and control system design, specifications, installation oversight, and commissioning support for utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects. Develop SCADA standards, network diagrams, EPC contract exhibits, perform owner-engineer reviews, coordinate with EPCs, and participate in FAT/SAT to ensure systems meet PPA, utility, and ISO requirements.
