Responsibilities include advising customers, scheduling appointments, promoting financing and additional services, processing invoices and payments, maintaining customer records, coordinating with technicians, monitoring KPIs, managing inventory and expenses, supporting store operations, conducting compliant test drives, and assisting the Store Manager with safety, staffing, and business initiatives.

Supports automotive repair shop operations by delivering customer service, selling repair and maintenance services, scheduling appointments, processing orders and payments, maintaining records, coordinating with technicians, monitoring KPIs, managing inventory and expenses, and assisting the Store Manager. The role also performs opening and closing procedures, promotes safety and compliance, handles customer follow-ups, and travels between local stores as needed.
