Manages skilled nursing facility billing, accounts receivable, collections, and related financial operations. Supervises billing and collections staff, monitors cash collection and AR targets, supports regulatory compliance, and may oversee accounts payable, payroll, benefits administration, and staff timekeeping. Requires long-term care billing experience, Medicare and Medicaid knowledge, census tracking, insurance verification, Medicaid applications, and resident trust accounting.

Supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing resident care, nursing staff, admissions, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, staffing coverage, and emergency response. Coordinates care plans, monitors clinical standards, leads nursing department goals, facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration, and assumes DON responsibilities when needed. Provides on-call emergency coverage and requires Missouri RN licensure, long-term care experience, supervisory experience, BLS/CPR certification, and reliable transportation.

Provide meal preparation, service, delivery, and cleanup for skilled nursing residents. Maintain clean, sanitary dining and kitchen areas, follow food safety and infection control, and collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents' dietary needs with compassion and respect.
