Provides strategic and operational leadership for finance and accounting across multiple nonprofit and PAC entities. Oversees accounting close, consolidation, reporting, controls, audits, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial strategy. Advises the Executive Director, Leadership Team, and Board while managing and developing a small finance team. Leads financial systems integrations, automation, reporting improvements, and FP&A modernization in a remote, mission-driven organization.

Lead implementation and growth of LEE's talent matching platform. Build partner engagement and onboarding strategies for hiring partners and fellowship hosts. Drive member adoption and profile optimization, integrate the platform across Policy & Advocacy workflows, and analyze engagement data to improve matching and scalability. Create playbooks, training, and cross-team alignment while supporting special projects and occasional coverage needs.
