Own career product adoption and partner growth for LEE’s digital career platform. Drive member activation, profile completion, partner lead generation, onboarding, and retention. Analyze user funnels, prioritize product improvements, translate data into requirements, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on feature releases. Build workflows, campaigns, and value propositions that expand the hiring partner and fellowship-host network while supporting measurable marketplace growth.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for finance and accounting across multiple nonprofit and PAC entities. Oversees accounting close, consolidation, reporting, controls, audits, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial strategy. Advises the Executive Director, Leadership Team, and Board while managing and developing a small finance team. Leads financial systems integrations, automation, reporting improvements, and FP&A modernization in a remote, mission-driven organization.
