Drives revenue and margin growth across Ledge’s contract channel by developing client relationships, managing sales opportunities, creating proposals, coordinating internal teams, and guiding projects from initial interest through quoting, ordering, production, and delivery. Maintains accurate CRM pipelines and forecasts while engaging in client meetings, field visits, trade shows, and industry events.

Drive revenue and margin growth for Ledge Contract through consultative, project-based sales. Build relationships with decision-makers, manage opportunities and pipelines, develop proposals, coordinate internal teams, and guide clients from initial engagement through quoting, production, order execution, and delivery. Participate in client meetings, field visits, trade shows, and market events to expand business and strengthen brand relationships.

Leads global sourcing and procurement strategy for outdoor furniture and in-pool products. Develops supplier networks, negotiates contracts, manages vendor performance, supports new product introduction, and aligns sourcing with SIOP, capacity, quality, cost, and risk objectives. Partners cross-functionally with Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure resilient supply and scalable growth.
