Operates and sets up manual and CNC machining equipment, performs related shop processes, inspects manufactured parts, records quality data, and addresses nonconforming products. Duties may include material handling, sawing, solder assembly, deburring, bench assembly, tube forming, machine maintenance, CNC programming, and miscellaneous shop work. The position works second shift and requires reading engineering drawings and using precision measuring tools.

The Accounting Manager oversees monthly domestic, foreign, and consolidated financial reporting; coordinates year-end audits; improves accounting processes and internal controls; prepares management reports; investigates financial system issues; and supports executives and department heads. The role collaborates across manufacturing, R&D, service, sales, marketing, and foreign subsidiaries while recommending financial and operational improvements.

Manage the full lifecycle of metallographic laboratory products, including hardware, software, accessories, and consumables. Responsibilities include market research, product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, pricing, go-to-market planning, cross-functional development, sales enablement, performance monitoring, quality issue resolution, and customer engagement. The role also mentors associate product managers, supports global sales, participates in trade shows and technical committees, and requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.
