Manage commercial insurance accounts by coordinating with agents, carriers, markets, and underwriters throughout the quoting and policy process. Responsibilities include managing service timelines, obtaining quotations and binders, processing policies and endorsements, preparing proposal booklets, using agency management and carrier rating systems, and meeting ongoing deadlines. The role requires strong communication, digital proficiency, and preferably a Montana Property and Casualty license and three years of agency experience.

Conduct on-site and virtual client risk assessments, analyze claims and OSHA data, identify loss trends, and recommend practical safety improvements. Advise clients on accident prevention, incident investigation, fleet safety, compliance, and risk management. Deliver training and help strengthen safety programs while partnering with insurance, claims, underwriting, and account teams to support client retention and program success.

Serves personal insurance clients by managing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, coverage questions, billing concerns, claims support, documentation, and account records. Builds client relationships, identifies protection opportunities, coordinates with risk advisors and insurance carriers, and supports retention, account growth, and satisfaction. Insurance experience is helpful but not required; the employer provides training and licensing support.
