Lead discovery, experimentation, prioritization, and delivery of consumer experiences that improve activation, engagement, retention, and qualified demand. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, CRM, Marketing, and app teams across web, app, and lifecycle journeys. Use customer research, behavioral data, and commercial insight to make investment decisions and measure outcomes.

Design and develop scalable production applications while applying an AI-first engineering approach. Build AI-powered internal tools and workflows, integrate LLM APIs, and use GenAI tools to improve coding, testing, documentation, reviews, and operations. Coach engineering teams on effective GenAI adoption, establish safe usage practices, run data-informed experiments, and turn successful approaches into repeatable standards. The role also contributes to technical direction, software quality, performance, observability, and long-term platform stability.

Own LeasingMarkt’s CRM strategy, roadmap, and multi-channel lifecycle marketing across email, WhatsApp, and app push. Lead the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable, including journey design, testing, launch, and optimization. Develop segmentation, personalization, automation, and retention initiatives; monitor dashboards, KPIs, and A/B tests; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to improve engagement and conversion.
