Provides behavioral health treatment to adolescents in a PHP/IOP setting. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic groups using DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and coping-skills interventions; conducting screenings and assessments; developing treatment and safety plans; coordinating case management, family communication, referrals, and discharge planning; collaborating with multidisciplinary providers; and completing clinical documentation.
