The Revenue Analyst will manage billing, reporting, credit control, process optimization, and support the revenue team, utilizing analytical skills to provide insights for enhancing revenue retention.

Identify, qualify, and generate sales pipeline through inbound inquiry qualification and outbound prospecting. Conduct initial qualification calls, assess customer needs, schedule discovery and demo sessions for Account Executives, communicate the value of the LMS solution, maintain accurate CRM records, and help improve SDR processes and market reach.

Manage a portfolio of complex enterprise customers to drive adoption, demonstrate value, ensure renewal readiness, and identify expansion opportunities. Lead executive engagement, success planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational account discipline while acting as a strategic advisor.
