Qualify inbound inquiries and perform outbound prospecting to generate pipeline. Conduct initial qualification calls, schedule discovery/demo meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, convey LMS value, improve processes, and use AI tools to increase efficiency.

Manage a large portfolio of customers using scalable, data-driven success programs to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Execute automated journeys, prioritize engagement by customer signals, deliver efficient support, host webinars, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure renewals and measurable outcomes.
