Owns core financial accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, management accounts, general ledger analysis, tax and revenue filings, statutory audits, financial statement preparation, and internal controls. The role also manages procurement and expense processes, supports multi-entity consolidation and reporting, partners with FP&A and external advisors, and improves finance systems and processes through automation.

Designs end-to-end UX/UI solutions for a B2B SaaS learning platform, partnering with product managers and engineers from discovery through delivery. Conducts user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, and research synthesis; prioritizes features using user and business data; develops scalable design-system components; applies AI-assisted design workflows; and advocates for accessibility and inclusive design. The role also involves managing multiple projects, facilitating collaboration, and improving design processes.

Qualify inbound inquiries and perform outbound prospecting to generate pipeline. Conduct initial qualification calls, schedule discovery/demo meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, convey LMS value, improve processes, and use AI tools to increase efficiency.
