Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure for AI-powered assessment products. Develop infrastructure provisioning, configuration, automation, and release systems using Terraform, Ansible, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Linux. Support live production systems, databases, monitoring, and deployments while collaborating across engineering, product, and design teams. Lead infrastructure projects involving planning, orchestration, migration, deployment, and delivery.

The Senior CloudOps Engineer will manage and enhance cloud infrastructure on AWS, automate processes, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Own product discovery, roadmap, and delivery for Build APIs supporting the LWF platform. Lead prioritization, coordinate engineering and design, manage releases, monitor product success metrics, and represent customer needs to stakeholders. Drive AI-enabled product development and support go-to-market and customer training.
