Design, build, support, and architect backend-focused full-stack software for Learnosity AI Labs. Responsibilities include delivering products from ideation through release, planning and estimating work, collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing scalable solutions. The role requires strong Python web development, database, testing, backend architecture, and Agile experience, with preferred exposure to AI, data warehousing, AWS data technologies, Docker, React, CI/CD, and startup environments.

Staff Software Engineer responsible for building Learnosity’s AI-first Upskill product from zero to production. The role involves daily Python development, backend architecture, resolving complex cross-stack issues, supporting three engineering pods, advising technical leadership, mentoring developers, and establishing consistent engineering practices. The engineer will contribute across the full product lifecycle, including planning, estimation, deployment, documentation, and scaling, while working with technologies such as databases, CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, and TypeScript.

Designs, builds, tests, and ships full-stack software for Learnosity’s cloud-based assessment API toolkit. The role spans React and JavaScript front-end development, PHP and Python back-end services, database and search optimization, AWS infrastructure, and end-to-end feature ownership. Responsibilities include technical planning, architecture, debugging, testing, code review, mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, and introducing AI-assisted development and other technologies. The role is Dublin-based, requires regular office attendance, and includes an approximately one-week-on-call rotation every four to six weeks.
