Lead and design learner-centered, inquiry and project-based programs for 6–12 year-olds in an Eco Hub. Facilitate literacy, numeracy, and natural sciences across multi-age groups, manage classroom culture, collaborate with teams and families, and develop engaging indoor/outdoor learning environments grounded in sustainability.

Interns collaborate with learners by co-designing projects, facilitating workshops, offering coaching, and supporting individual growth in a startup environment.

Support primary-aged learners (6-12) by assisting Learning Guides with multi-age, inquiry- and nature-based experiences; facilitate Spanish/Catalan workshops, supervise play/snack/lunch, track learner growth, and foster self-directed learning and community values.
