Generate self-sourced enterprise sales pipeline, manage complex full-cycle SaaS opportunities, engage stakeholders from frontline teams to C-suite, and close mid-market to enterprise deals. The role requires consultative solution selling, rigorous CRM and opportunity management, cross-functional leadership, and translating workforce, operational, and compliance challenges into customer value. The candidate will sell learning and development solutions to frontline enterprise organizations in retail, hospitality, and manufacturing while meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding. The role focuses on delivering an excellent candidate experience, strengthening employer brand, improving scalable recruitment processes, maintaining compliance, and using hiring data to support continuous improvement in a fast-paced global technology organization.

Manage tier 2 support cases, troubleshoot complex application and hosting issues, reproduce faults, perform root cause analysis, track bugs, and resolve customer-impacting problems. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to improve resolution quality and speed. Maintain case communication, create technical documentation, deliver internal demos, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement.
