Own and maintain marketing reporting and dashboards, ensure data hygiene and funnel accuracy, monitor channel and campaign performance, diagnose trends and surface actionable insights, and collaborate on multi-touch attribution with RevOps and GTM Engineering.

Manage tier 2 support cases, triage and troubleshoot complex application and backend issues, perform root-cause analysis, track and resolve bugs, collaborate with Development and Infrastructure, create technical documentation, and support automation and continuous improvement.

The Financial Controller will lead the financial control function, manage month-end processes, support reporting, and improve financial governance.
