Assists the School Director with safe, effective childcare center operations, licensing compliance, staff recruitment and retention, family engagement, profitability, and children’s social, physical, and intellectual development. Assumes full responsibility for the school when the Director is absent and helps maintain a caring, educational environment.

Assumes full school responsibility during the Director’s absence.
