Support day-to-day safe operation of a licensed childcare center, assist the Director, supervise staff, ensure compliance with licensing and company standards, promote childrens social, physical, and intellectual development, and lead the school in the Director's absence.

Lead Teacher develops and implements lesson plans, manages classroom and curriculum, mentors other teachers, promotes children's social, physical, and intellectual growth, ensures licensing and company standards compliance, and builds relationships with families to support child achievement.

Recruiting lead and assistant childcare teachers. Maintain safe, engaging classrooms, follow licensing guidelines, observe and plan for children, communicate with families, complete required training, and perform indoor/outdoor activities.
