Lead and deliver an authentic Montessori classroom experience by implementing curriculum, observing and assessing children, planning individualized lessons, communicating with families, following licensing and school policies, and completing ongoing Montessori and early childhood professional development.

Conducts daily care and instruction for young children as Lead or Assistant Teacher. Follows licensing and company standards, maintains engaging clean classrooms, observes and plans for child development, communicates with families, completes training, and participates in indoor/outdoor physical activities with children.

Hiring Lead and Assistant Childcare Teachers. Maintain clean, engaging classrooms; follow licensing and company standards; observe, assess, plan curriculum, and communicate with families. Complete required training in childcare and child development. Must meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements and participate in indoor/outdoor activities with children.
