Teams at Learning Care Group

Provide daily care and early education using the center curriculum: observe, assess, plan activities, communicate with families, follow licensing and company standards, complete required training, and engage in indoor/outdoor physical activities with children.

Support school operations and safety alongside the Director, supervise staff, ensure compliance with licensing and state requirements, foster childrens social, physical, and intellectual growth, and lead the school in the Directors absence.

Assists the School Director in safely and effectively operating a licensed childcare school. Oversees compliance with company and state licensing standards, supports children’s social, physical, and intellectual development, fosters a caring environment, recruits and retains staff, promotes the company, and helps achieve school profitability. Assumes full responsibility for the school during the Director’s absence.
