Leads the Enterprise PMO and Domain PMO teams, overseeing enterprise project portfolio prioritization, governance, intake, resource capacity, reporting, and high-impact initiatives. Manages executive stakeholders, project management standards, Smartsheet processes, risk escalation, benefits realization, and continuous improvement. Owns IT finance activities including P&L reviews and annual budgeting, and serves as an IT incident escalation lead. Develops PM talent and ensures portfolio delivery aligns with organizational strategy and available resources.

Owns planning and delivery of a digital and martech portfolio, including websites, digital optimization, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology initiatives. Builds roadmaps, prioritizes requests, manages project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and dependencies, and coordinates cross-functional teams across Marketing, IT, Data, and Operations. Tracks outcomes, communicates status to leadership, and ensures initiatives align with business goals.

Supports child care center operations through church liaison work, family greetings and tours, welcome packets, calls, data entry, filing, accounts receivable collection, cleaning, and classroom assistance. Maintains communication with church leaders, promotes the organization, follows child safety and abuse-reporting requirements, and complies with state, local, and accreditation standards.
