Manage Texas school district and charter accounts by leading onboarding, implementation, training, product adoption, usage analysis, troubleshooting, and renewal activities. Build district and school relationships, deliver contractual obligations, identify at-risk accounts, provide personalized support, and promote upsell opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Reading Programs teams to improve engagement, retention, and student literacy outcomes.

Manages a high-volume portfolio of low-touch school accounts through scaled outreach, engagement monitoring, proactive support, renewals, and retention activities. Tracks usage and renewal signals, maintains CRM records, forecasts renewals, responds to account inquiries, coordinates onboarding handoffs, and shares product or churn insights with internal teams.
