Own and scale QuillBot’s global affiliate program across 2,000+ partners. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding partners, negotiating commissions and contracts, managing tracking and payments, analyzing CAC, ROAS, LTV, fraud, and partner ROI, optimizing budgets and incentives, running structured tests, supporting creative assets, and collaborating with Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Legal on attribution, compliance, and revenue quality.

Research and recommend investments across categories, asset classes, and deal types. Build market maps, analyze companies and competitive landscapes, track technology trends, source target companies, conduct diligence, and present evidence-backed recommendations to senior leadership. The role also establishes Learneo’s market intelligence function, including investment scorecards and repeatable evaluation processes.

Execute and optimize global paid acquisition and remarketing campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok, and evolving channels. Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, pacing, creative rotation, tracking, and structured testing. Analyze CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution, and incrementality to improve acquisition and retention. Partner with Creative, Product, Data, and Engineering on campaign performance, landing pages, measurement, and recommendations across international markets.
