Own social media campaigns and create platform-specific written, visual, and video content for OnDemand Education. Build brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; manage influencers, online communities, and customer service interactions; monitor competitors and analyze campaign KPIs to improve engagement, awareness, conversions, and ROI.

Drive strategic partnerships with universities, companies, and organizations; lead negotiations and execution of partnership initiatives; plan recruitment events and projects; collaborate with Marketing and Admissions on lead generation; review marketing materials; perform market research to identify opportunities; recommend growth strategies; coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain stakeholder relationships to support student recruitment and outcomes.

The Strategic Advisor will develop personalized study plans, counsel students and parents on educational goals, and track academic progress using data management.
