Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising program for USA Baseball, including capital campaign strategy, major gift cultivation, donor visits, event engagement, CRM management, revenue and activity reporting, and achieving defined fundraising KPIs while collaborating with USA Baseball and Learfield leadership.

Sell tickets and revenue-generating products through outbound outreach, cold calls, appointments, and networking. Build and maintain customer relationships, meet weekly/monthly/annual sales targets, provide superior customer service, and support department revenue and attendance goals.

Lead a portfolio of Power 4 partnerships to drive renewal, retention, and expansion. Manage and coach a direct report, collaborate cross-functionally (intelligence, monetization, product), represent SIDEARM in senior conversations, integrate analytics and AI-driven insights into account strategy, and deliver partner-facing materials to improve satisfaction and revenue.
