Execute day-to-day fulfillment of corporate sponsorships across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms. Coordinate with university staff and brand partners, track assets and inventory, support gameday setup and staff, provide proof-of-performance, assist with budgets/invoicing, and contribute to partner recaps and cross-functional execution.

Provide live audio/video streaming support for collegiate athletic events: monitor stream quality, troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time, train clients on SIDEARM CMS and streaming tools, assist fans with viewing/subscription problems, oversee streaming staff, and collaborate with internal teams during evenings and weekends.

Lead commercial finance for Paciolan, owning pricing, deal economics, commission design, client-level profitability models, long-range planning, and financial reporting. Partner with sales, FP&A, and strategy to inform go-to-market decisions, forecast performance, and optimize client economics while producing executive-ready analysis and dashboards.
