Own the creative strategy and production engine for paid social growth across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop positioning, messaging, concepts, copy, video, static, UGC, and creator partnerships; manage testing and iteration using performance data. Independently operate paid social campaigns, including targeting, budgets, bids, QA, forecasting, and ROI optimization. Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, and Design while occasionally supporting paid search.

Develop and run enablement programs for Customer Success, Account Management, and Sales teams. Own onboarding, AI-supported learning workflows, workshops, coaching, career frameworks, and organizational design. Partner cross-functionally to align learning priorities, improve renewals and expansion, reduce ramp time, and embed Leapsome’s culture across GTM teams and locations. This is a one-year limited contract based in Berlin with hybrid office attendance.
