Teams at Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy Inc

Part-time independent contractor to execute fundraising and development activities: build community relationships, identify funding opportunities, manage outreach from initial contact through stewardship, and support donor cultivation, meetings, and events to increase philanthropic support for pediatric therapy services.

Provide administrative and volunteer coordination support for programs and community outreach. Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, records, donor data and thank-you/receipt production. Coordinate program registration, assist senior staff, prepare meeting documents, represent the organization at events, and support outreach and marketing initiatives. Position is part-time, on-site with occasional evenings, weekends, and local travel.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team: manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare presentations, reconcile accounts in QuickBooks, assist with AP/AR and financial summaries, take meeting notes and track action items, support special projects, maintain confidential information, and coordinate events and vendor activities.
