As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will oversee hiring across various teams, enhance recruitment strategies, and manage candidate experiences at LEAP.

Analyze, extract, transform, cleanse, validate, and import client data from legacy systems into LEAP. Perform data mapping, QA, reconciliation, and resolve technical data issues. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client teams to deliver accurate, secure migrations and improve migration tools, processes, and documentation.

Own strategic law-firm client relationships to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Lead change management and tailored adoption strategies, run business reviews, coordinate implementation/training/support/product teams, manage renewals and expansion, identify and mitigate churn risk, maintain account health and forecasting, and advocate customer needs internally to deliver measurable client outcomes and increased product utilization.
