Build and operate Leap’s post-sale client delivery engine. Responsibilities include designing scalable delivery processes, forecasting activation, savings, and revenue, automating client reporting with AI, defining analytics requirements, measuring lifecycle campaigns, supporting drug sourcing strategy, and identifying opportunities for client engagement and account expansion. The role requires deep specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical market access expertise and strong analytical and communication skills.

Leads Leap’s highest-value cross-functional clinical operations initiatives, including client launches and structured experimentation. Designs hypotheses, metrics, timelines, and ownership; drives execution across Clinical Operations, Client Success, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Engineering; converts results into leadership decisions; and builds scalable operating models and playbooks. Acts as a strategic partner to leadership and manages ambiguous company-wide problems without formal authority over all stakeholders. The role is hybrid in New York City with market travel as needed.
