Build and operate Leap’s post-sale client delivery engine. Responsibilities include designing scalable delivery processes, forecasting activation, savings, and revenue, automating client reporting with AI, defining analytics requirements, measuring lifecycle campaigns, supporting drug sourcing strategy, and identifying opportunities for client engagement and account expansion. The role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Pharmacy, and Growth Strategy teams.

Own Leap’s acquisition-cost and value models across GPO enrollment, direct purchasing, distribution terms, gross-to-net, chargebacks, and 340B impact. Translate pricing analytics into defensible value propositions for manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion-center partners. Build benchmarking dashboards, customer-ready reports, and savings narratives; identify partnership opportunities; and support negotiations, network growth, onboarding, and renewals. The role requires deep specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical market access expertise and strong analytical and communication skills.
