Own the product direction and launch of an agentic B2B SaaS product for go-to-market operations. Define agent behavior, build evaluation suites, analyze traces, diagnose failures, and design permissions, approvals, recovery paths, and audit trails. Collaborate closely with RevOps, marketing operations, design partners, engineering, and data-system stakeholders. This is a senior individual-contributor product role focused on taking an agentic product from concept through production, not platform development, people management, or model training.

Own complex technical escalations, troubleshoot Salesforce configurations, APIs, logs, databases, and AI-powered features, and reproduce defects for engineering handoff. Partner with Development, QA, and Product to resolve issues, validate fixes, mentor Level 1 support staff, communicate technical guidance to customers, and document solutions in knowledge base articles.

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team by coordinating company priorities, OKRs, QBRs, executive meetings, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Develop business cases and transition plans, lead high-impact execution, support board preparation, and create organizational structure and operating cadence. The role requires strong judgment, communication, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and project leadership.
