Support clients through technical presales and implementations: design integrations, troubleshoot APIs, drive sandbox-to-production launches, coordinate with Sales/Product/Engineering, and ensure successful adoption.

Own architecture, automation, reliability, and observability of hybrid cloud infrastructure (GCP/OCI/on‑prem). Build IaC and GitOps with Terraform/Ansible, design CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), operate Kubernetes and monitoring stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry/ELK), run on-call/incident response, automate provisioning/scaling/patching, and champion security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
