The Sales Development Representative will prospect Fortune 1000 decision-makers through phone, email, and social channels; qualify inbound and outbound leads; generate meetings and pipeline for Account Executives; educate prospects on Leah’s AI and contract lifecycle management solutions; personalize outreach; maintain Salesforce records; collaborate with Sales and Marketing; and achieve activity and pipeline targets.

Manage product features and roadmaps for legal and CLM products by gathering customer needs, defining requirements and wireframes, prioritizing sprint work, coordinating engineering and business teams, and producing sales and marketing collateral. Analyze market and customer use cases to drive strategic product decisions and measure success with KPIs.
