Manage onboarding, adoption, and retention for $10k+ ARR customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, ramp new customers, monitor health, identify risks and expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional support, maintain engagement data, and drive renewals using tools like Gainsight, Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce.
