Prospect within an assigned territory of independent automotive tire shops, identify website and digital marketing gaps, and recommend tailored SaaS solutions. Responsibilities include cold outreach, networking, consultations, product demonstrations, relationship management, and meeting monthly sales quotas. The role is remote for candidates in CST or EST time zones and requires occasional travel to industry trade shows.

Provides technical support to customers through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Maintains and updates client websites using HTML, CSS, LESS or SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery; resolves technical issues; educates customers and coworkers on the web platform; creates knowledge-base content; supports escalations; and participates in training on web technologies and product features.

Provides Tier II technical support for software applications, email, and websites through phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving customer issues, managing support tickets, troubleshooting unclear or complex problems, coordinating graphical and development work, maintaining documentation, identifying issue trends, participating in on-call rotations, and recommending process improvements.
