Own the company’s technical direction as CTO, leading solution architecture for complex integration programs, technical presales, engineering standards, and a distributed engineering organization. The role requires deep enterprise integration and API expertise, Java experience, banking or financial services exposure, leadership across major multi-year programs, and practical experience with containers and orchestration. You will also shape hiring, mentoring, partnerships, certifications, and the practice’s expansion beyond MuleSoft and Salesforce.

Develop and support MuleSoft APIs and distributed integrations using Java, RAML, DataWeave, REST, queues, authentication, and infrastructure technologies. Responsibilities include translating requirements, designing API contracts, managing policies, deploying across CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and on-premise environments, automating CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting production systems through logs, monitoring, JVM diagnostics, and distributed-system analysis. The role includes an initial evening and weekend production-support rotation.

Lead enterprise sales in the Middle East (KSA focus) for Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom integration solutions. Build pipeline, engage C-suite buyers, drive RFPs and negotiations, collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams, and close high-value digital transformation deals while ensuring strong client relationships and handovers to delivery.
