Drive product adoption through multi-channel outreach, monitor usage, re-engage at-risk users, act as product SME, troubleshoot issues, and partner with product, content, and sales. Grow into account ownership for renewals and expansion.

Perform web-based research and data collection to maintain people-intelligence assets; analyze data for patterns and quality issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data completeness and workflows; operate in an agile environment supporting sales enablement and customer-facing information solutions.
