Teams at Leadership Connect

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain backend applications and services powering the Leadership Connect platform. Develop APIs, work with databases and search technologies, contribute to AWS-based distributed systems and microservices, and collaborate across the development lifecycle. Use AI coding tools while validating quality, security, and maintainability. Senior engineers also provide system-design leadership, troubleshoot complex distributed systems, make architecture tradeoffs, and mentor teammates.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack customer-facing applications. Develop Kotlin/Java and Spring backend services alongside React, Vite, and TypeScript frontends. Work with relational and NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch, APIs, large datasets, automated testing, accessibility, and performance optimization. Participate in Agile development, code reviews, technical design, and continuous improvement. Senior engineers also own architecture, scalability, reliability, production systems, complex troubleshooting, and mentoring.

Own team-wide contract administration and renewal workflows while managing a book of B2B subscription accounts. Track renewal timelines, coordinate Account Directors, monitor retention risk, maintain Salesforce documentation, conduct renewal and pricing conversations, support onboarding and user training, coordinate account hygiene with Client Success, and identify upsell opportunities. The role partners with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Client Success, and Finance in a remote environment.
