Oversee daily veterinary clinic operations, staff scheduling and supervision of LVTs, medical record accuracy, inventory and compliance management, client and volunteer coordination, and support veterinarians in patient care and clinic workflows.

Manage a portfolio of up to 150 major-gift prospects and corporate partners in Texas/Southwest. Execute moves management to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; prepare proposals and stewardship reports; collaborate with staff and volunteers; maintain active solicitation and travel schedule (25-50%); represent the organization at events and meetings.
