Trains guide dogs to professional standards and instructs legally blind clients in safe, independent travel using guide dogs, mobility aids, and GPS technology. Assesses client mobility needs, develops SMART objectives, evaluates progress, and adjusts training plans. Responsibilities also include dog care, client and dog matching, applicant interviews, graduate follow-up, recordkeeping, meetings, and promotional activities. The role requires outdoor work, flexible hours, physical handling of dogs, driving, and occasional travel.

Manage a portfolio of up to 150 major-gift prospects and corporate partners in Texas/Southwest. Execute moves management to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; prepare proposals and stewardship reports; collaborate with staff and volunteers; maintain active solicitation and travel schedule (25-50%); represent the organization at events and meetings.
