Supports daily digital banking operations, including account opening, onboarding, funding, customer due diligence, risk reviews, payments, card servicing, disputes, deposit maintenance, and client support. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls while collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners. Participates in system testing, process improvements, product enhancements, and operational initiatives that improve digital banking services and client experience.

Monitors and investigates security events and alerts across SIEM, IDS/IPS, malware prevention, and system-log sources. The analyst detects and analyzes threats, responds to incidents, remediates or escalates issues, coordinates with business and technology teams, maintains case records, monitors security-product tickets, and develops documentation, reports, procedures, and security-control expertise.

Develop, deploy, document, and support full-stack web applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions. Build Vue.js and JavaScript interfaces, Python backend services, RESTful APIs, relational database integrations, and AWS-hosted applications. Collaborate across product, QA, infrastructure, security, and business teams in an Agile environment. Troubleshoot production issues, follow secure development practices, and apply AI, LLM, and workflow automation concepts to improve business processes.
