The role involves sourcing new business for 1031 QI services, building client relationships, and facilitating tax-deferred exchanges while working independently and leveraging industry knowledge for client satisfaction.

Develop, deploy, and maintain web applications, APIs, and integrations using Vue.js, JavaScript, and Python; work with relational databases and AWS; participate in Agile processes; apply basic AI/LLM concepts and automation to improve business workflows; troubleshoot production issues and write secure, maintainable code.

Support Business Banking with analytics, reporting, dashboards, and automation to drive deposit acquisition, onboarding, funded balance growth, and retention. Produce forecasting and pipeline reporting, provide deposit strategy and profitability insights, enable go-to-market and campaign analysis, and standardize onboarding and data processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
