Processes escrow disbursements for mortgage and consumer loans, including taxes, hazard insurance, and PMI. Reviews tax and escrow reports, reconciles general ledger accounts, performs loan setup quality checks, manages insurance and service-provider relationships, maintains servicing records, analyzes operational reports, and responds to client inquiries. The role also supports issue resolution, reporting, and departmental projects while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Provides first-line technology support for bank employees, including ticket ownership, application support, endpoint deployment and imaging, workstation setup, troubleshooting, documentation, asset inventory, and system improvement recommendations. The role requires frequent travel between branch and corporate offices, occasional weekend or off-hours work, and compliance with documented IT and security procedures.

Supports daily digital banking operations, including account opening, onboarding, funding, customer due diligence, risk reviews, payments, card servicing, disputes, deposit maintenance, and client support. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls while collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners. Participates in system testing, process improvements, product enhancements, and operational initiatives that improve digital banking services and client experience.
