Manage dealership finance and insurance operations: oversee loan origination and approvals, present F&I products to customers, prepare and audit contracts, ensure compliance with laws and lender guidelines, and maximize deal profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Sell new and used luxury vehicles through consultative selling, product demonstrations, relationship building, and follow-up to drive referrals and meet sales objectives. Report to Sales Manager and participate in training while working flexible hours including weekends.

Drive new business nationwide by sourcing and managing partnerships with body shops, insurers, and dealerships. Present and sell services, onboard new accounts, represent the company at events, and travel extensively (about 50%) during hail season to grow strategic relationships and revenue.
