AmeriCorps member supports partnership development, event coordination, membership outreach, and public education on broadband initiatives. Duties include event setup, social media content scheduling, stakeholder research, and member communications under program staff supervision.

Serve full-time as a Digital Navigator providing one-on-one and group support to bridge the digital divide: help residents access affordable internet, devices, and build basic digital skills; conduct outreach, partner with community organizations, track service data in HubSpot, collect participant feedback, and support program initiatives under City staff supervision.
