The Deposit Operations Specialist I supports deposit operations by maintaining data accuracy, assisting in compliance, and performing basic account maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include preparing deposit reports, preparing materials for audits, and handling routine operational tasks.

Manage daily operations for debit, credit, and prepaid card programs including invoice reconciliation, quarterly network reporting (Visa QOC, Mastercard QMR), vendor and service provider management, metric reporting and monitoring, process documentation, compliance with network rules, and identifying automation and efficiency improvements.

Technical leader responsible for designing, coding, reviewing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend services in AWS. Owns service designs, mentors engineers, leads cross-team feature releases, partners with product/finance/compliance, and delivers high-quality production software at scale.
