Leads and develops a software engineering team while remaining hands-on with architecture, technical strategy, code reviews, debugging, delivery, and quality practices. Drives Agile execution, manages capacity and priorities, partners with Product, Design, Business, and Engineering stakeholders, and communicates risks and tradeoffs to senior leaders. Recruits and retains talent while improving engineering processes, platform health, and software delivery. The role focuses on mobile, cloud, connected, and offline-first applications.

Supports month-end financial reporting, capital expense and fixed asset tracking, fleet lease administration, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, financial statement analysis, annual audit coordination, accounts payable backup, and IRS 1099/1096 filing. Collaborates across departments and provides financial data and analysis to leadership.

Analyze production costs, COGS, inventory, margins, operational drivers, and variances. Improve costing, reporting, dashboards, budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes while building models for CAPEX, product economics, and make-versus-buy decisions. Partner with finance, production, R&D, product, and innovation teams to translate complex operational and financial data into actionable recommendations.
