Leads the planning, detailed design, coordination, and delivery of complex highway infrastructure projects. Manages multidisciplinary teams, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, utilities, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements. Provides technical guidance, conducts field reviews, supports proposals and business development, and mentors junior staff. Ensures compliance with TAC, MTO, safety, and environmental standards while maintaining strong client relationships and successful project outcomes.

Supports the planning, detailed design, and delivery of highway infrastructure projects. Prepares geometric designs, alignments, staging plans, pavement markings, signage, roadside safety details, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, specifications, and technical documentation. Collaborates with engineers, designers, and project managers, conducts field reviews, verifies compliance with TAC and MTO standards, and supports quality control, project coordination, and professional development.

Leads complex MTO and transportation infrastructure projects across Ontario, combining highway engineering design leadership with project management, client relationship management, business development, proposal development, team mentorship, quality oversight, and risk, schedule, and budget control. The role also serves as a technical advisor, Design Lead, and primary client contact while supporting the growth of LEA’s highway practice, particularly in Northern Ontario.
