Manage and grow revenue for assigned accounts and win new business through lead generation. Build and maintain client relationships, prepare and present bids, close sales, meet quarterly revenue targets, coordinate account activities with internal teams, and forecast pipeline accurately.

Lead and manage the Insights team across research design, project execution, analysis oversight, and QA. Serve as primary project lead, translate findings into actionable deliverables, oversee survey programming and data quality, coach team members, improve processes, and support client presentations and operational planning.
