Oversee early childhood curriculum implementation, teacher training, coaching, supervision, classroom quality, assessments, staffing ratios, and professional development. Monitor compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, coordinate family and community partnerships, support transitions, maintain educational documentation, and ensure effective teacher-child interactions and developmental screenings. The role also assists with recruitment, personnel records, licensing, classroom coverage, and program improvement.
