Supports real estate investment management through cash flow valuation modeling, hold/sell analyses, financial statement and variance analysis, market research, acquisition and disposition support, due diligence, property data management, appraisal coordination, and investor reporting. The role focuses on multifamily real estate underwriting, valuation, capitalization analysis, and financial reporting while collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers.

Assists with daily residential community operations, including bookkeeping, rent collection, accounts receivable, resident ledgers, move-out inspections, security deposit refunds, renewals, revenue management, marketing, online reviews, and leasing support. The role may lead personnel and assume responsibility for community operations when the Community Manager is absent.
