Analyzes, designs, configures, tests, and supports SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. Partners with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to improve sales processes, integrate SAP with other systems, troubleshoot issues, and support standardization and automation initiatives. Develops functional specifications, documentation, test plans, and configurations across order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.

Designs, implements, and operates enterprise IAM across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include Entra ID and Active Directory administration, federation, privileged access management, CyberArk and certificate lifecycle management, RBAC and ABAC, identity governance, non-human identity management, application provisioning, automation, audit support, and compliance. The role provides technical leadership for identity modernization and partners with security, infrastructure, HR, and business teams.

Lead cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, continuous threat exposure management, incident response, threat hunting, security tooling, reporting, compliance, and vendor relationships. Manage cybersecurity professionals and service providers, oversee budgets and contracts, improve detection and operational resilience, support audits and risk assessments, and present security metrics to senior leadership. The role also coordinates Microsoft security ecosystem deployments, incident response planning, regulatory compliance, and security awareness initiatives.
