Own product discovery, solution design, engineering collaboration, customer validation, metrics, adoption, and launch readiness for a B2B SaaS product. The role requires writing specifications, making trade-off decisions, running customer research, analyzing usage data, coordinating releases, and using AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle.

Build and manage relationships with existing SaaS customers, drive platform engagement, identify expansion opportunities, analyze trading partner data, lead customer meetings, resolve issues, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role requires customer advocacy, sales-minded relationship building, strong communication, analytical thinking, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Lead product design across LBMX’s B2B SaaS portfolio, owning the end-to-end user experience, design system, user research, onboarding, accessibility, and in-product guidance. Partner with product managers and engineering, coach non-designers, support platform modernization, and use AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and documentation. The role is a senior individual contributor responsible for establishing design standards and improving usability and consistency across complex, data-heavy workflows.
