Generates new business opportunities for an investment management firm through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, account research, relationship building, and early-stage sales pipeline management. The role schedules meetings for senior business development staff, maintains CRM records, prepares tailored client proposals and presentations, collaborates with investment services teams, and monitors industry trends. It requires strong communication, organization, sales orientation, and financial-services experience.

Develop in-depth industry and company knowledge to build forecasts and valuation models, provide investment recommendations, perform due diligence including meetings and site visits, maintain portfolio models, support client servicing and business development, review proxy voting, and actively participate in investment team decisions.
