Roofing subcontractor crews install residential roofing systems to manufacturer and company standards, comply with OSHA and jobsite safety requirements, coordinate with project managers, maintain clean worksites, and communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams. Crews must carry required insurance, provide their own truck and roofing equipment, operate throughout the Altoona service territory, and support weekday and peak-season weekend work. Travel throughout the service area may reach 90%.

Coordinate roofing project production by managing material take-offs, procurement, schedules, communications, documentation, progress tracking, discrepancy resolution, quality standards, reporting, and post-sale follow-up. The role connects vendors, sales, project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects organized and on schedule.

Re-engage warm leads and past clients, educate homeowners about roofing and exterior solutions, build lasting relationships, conduct virtual follow-up calls, close sales, achieve revenue targets, maintain CRM records, and stay informed on products, market trends, and competitors.
