Own full-cycle recruiting across high-volume production and skilled trades roles and specialized technical searches. Advise hiring managers on role definition, interviews, calibration, sourcing, and closing. Manage concurrent requisitions, build diverse sourcing channels, conduct market mapping, drive structured interview processes, negotiate offers, and use ATS and recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes. The role requires recruiting expertise spanning manufacturing, engineering, technical, and production talent in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for production, skilled trades, technician, and manufacturing roles. Build scalable sourcing pipelines through job boards, referrals, staffing partners, trade schools, community outreach, and direct sourcing. Partner with production leaders to forecast hiring needs, manage requisitions, improve time-to-fill, coordinate interviews and offers, and maintain accurate ATS data. Use recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing effectiveness, candidate conversion, offer acceptance, and hiring speed.
