Creates and maintains standard operating procedures, work instructions, technical manuals, training materials, and process documentation for manufacturing operations. Interviews subject matter experts, translates complex technical information into accessible content, manages revisions and version control, ensures documentation accuracy and compliance, and identifies documentation gaps and process improvements. Collaborates with operations, engineering, quality, safety, and training teams in an on-site manufacturing environment.
