Leads and develops an SRE team responsible for the reliability, performance, and scalability of blockchain node infrastructure and platform services. Owns SLOs, capacity planning, incident response, on-call processes, automation, and postmortem practices. Partners with engineering and product leadership, drives Kubernetes and Helm infrastructure-as-code practices, reviews architecture, supports critical incidents, and maintains a hands-on technical role.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for web3 applications. Write clean, well-tested code, deploy and scale services on AWS, work with workflow engines, and collaborate on distributed system architecture while learning blockchain technologies.
